Benefits of Hardscape Products

Versatility: Hardscape products have unlimited designs and uses.
Durability: Hardscape products withstand environmental extremes. Properly installed projects last a lifetime.
Ease and speed of installation: From start to finish, mortarless systems are the fastest type of material to install.
Popularity: Because of their life cycle, cost efficiency, and practical qualities, hardscape products have become a primary choice for landscape construction.
Reusability: Mortarless systems can be disassembled and required and reinstalled.

Pavers do not only add beauty to the exterior of your home, they also protect our environment.

Pavers allow rainwater to seep through a paved surface, which naturally cleanses pollutants and recharges aquifers instead of having the storm water run into other properties and into storm drains, keeping our streams, rivers, lakes and oceans clean.

By purchasing pavers from Bianchi's Brickyard, you are purchasing regional materials that save on transportation energy and pollutants.

Concrete pavers and permeable interlocking concrete pavers can earn points or "credits" in the US Department of Energy, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system. Credits are earned under several categories of use including storm water management, local/regional materials and exterior design to reduce heat islands.

Our hardscape products allow you to create your own unique project. Pavers let your personality shine through. Easy and cost effective, with numerous styles, patterns, and colors available, pavers are both affordable and beautiful.

We offer pavers in all hues, from earthy reds and browns, to cool blues and greens. You can use one solid color for a unified look, or create a truly unique pattern by mixing and matching colors. Because each paving project is as individual as you are, we ask that you stop by our display area to help you decide which best suits your project’s design.

  • Place and mark grade stakes wider than actual finished area, allow minimum slope of 3/16” per foot for drainage.

  • Check for possible underground utilities.

  • Excavate deep enough to allow for paver base, leveling bed and thickness of paver. Compact sub grade with 2” of crusher run gravel and tamp.

  • Add 1” of paver sand and level using screed rails and screed set at grade stake marks.
