We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Counter Sales associate who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
  • Recommend products and solutions for construction, landscape, and hardscape projects.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and accept payments.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
  • Coordinate deliveries and customer pickups with our yard team.
  • Help maintain inventory, merchandising, and a clean, safe showroom.
  • Support daily store operations while ensuring every customer has a great experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Able to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of retail, wholesale, or construction material sales experience.
  • Knowledge of landscape, hardscape, masonry, or construction products.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Inventory management experience is a plus.

Position Summary

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the on-site management, coordination, and successful execution of all assigned construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and up to the company’s strict quality standards. This position requires active leadership, tight subcontractor management, and a strong focus on protecting project profit margins.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure job site daily.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and internal crews to meet or exceed project milestone dates.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets contract specifications and building codes, eliminating the need for costly rework. • Budget Protection: Oversee field expenditures and labor allocations to protect and maximize the project’s estimated gross profit margin.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, verify subcontractor invoices, and process change orders promptly before extra work is executed.
  • Safety Compliance: EnforceOSHA guidelines and company safety policies.Maintain a zero-incident, zero-injury workplace.
  • Job-site logistics: hauling equipment & materials • Job-site facilitation: production assistance

Primary Qualifications & Skills

  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Organized
  • Math skills
  • Valid driver’s licence with clean record
  • Prior construction experience preferred
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs and be on your feet during the work day
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Standard Company Benefits
