Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide information to callers and customers about products and its services
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office
  • Write and process payment for invoices
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area

Qualifications:

  • Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive 
  • Must have valid driver’s license 
  • Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) 
  • Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations 
  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement 
  • No prior traffic violations or license suspensions for one year 
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs on regular basis 
  • Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic 
  • Being able to pass a drug test and background check 

Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged • Deliver, load/unload materials while providing a world class customer service experience • Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation
  • Safely load building materials onto flatbed or dump truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites
  • Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you
  • Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations
  • Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment
  • Able to lift heavy building materials up to 80+ lbs. for load/unload
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
  • Constantly, moving from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicle onto job site • Constantly, operates commercial motor vehicle and/or moffet
  • Must be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating moffet
  • Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Constantly working in outside environment while making deliveries (Hot, cold, rain, wind etc) • Must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlines
  • Check material in staging area and load truck
  • Create shipping manifests
  • Perform truck maintenance inspections
  • Drive truck defensively, cautiously, and respectfully to various locations
  • Unload and place material where customer requests
  • Provide good customer service
  • Pick-up customer returns
  • Unload truck of customer return
  • Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
  • Be on time and work diligently with co-workers
  • Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
  • Other warehouse duties as required
  • Responsible for loading, transporting and delivering material to customer sites
  • This is a non-CDL driver position operating vehicles weighing 26,000 lbs
  • Loads and secures product, material and supplies inside delivery vehicle
  • Delivers customer orders to delivery sites and unloads material safety and accurately, taking precaution to protect product and customer property
  • Required to use a hand-held device, except while driving, to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS • Verifies order details and maintain log of deliveries, including amounts and / or weights, mileage and locations of deliveries
  • Check items against invoice to ensure accuracy of order
  • Acts as customer service liaison
  • Handles customer concerns and helps to resolve issues as they arise
  • Maintains service logs and pre / post trip inspection procedures

We are looking  for an Inside Sales Associate who will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for  a variety of building, landscape and hardscape projects. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting of hardscape, landscape and/or construction  materials 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Bilingual Proficiency – candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are favorable • Industry experience or knowledge of landscape, construction and/or irrigation product is a plus • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
  • Inventory management experience helpful
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Positive attitude and team player 
  • Detail and service oriented 
  • Being able to pass a drug test and background check 

Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all Bianchi customers
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through e-mail ordering • Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
  • Discussing features and benefits of products and services
  • Establishing rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long term customers • Coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner

As the Senior Account Manager you will be a key part of a company team whose job it is to meet sales  goals. Will be responsible for developing relationships with clients to acquire new business and  network with existing customers to retain their business. Educate existing customers on our new  products. 

The main purpose of this position is to manage client accounts in the most efficient way to generate  sales for the business. This involves researching business opportunities, setting up meetings;  attending conferences, tradeshows, networking and corporate events. Once you have secured the  business, must build and maintain strong relationships with each client, handle concern and build  the clients trust to make sure they stay loyal to Bianchi Brickyard.

  •  Attracting new customers. 
  • Building a network of builders and landscapers by utilizing relationship selling techniquesKeep a clear line of communication open with the customers to ensure their satisfaction and  anticipate any problems that may arise. 
  • If issues do occur, you should work hand in hand with the office team to come up with a  prompt and efficient problem resolution. 
  • Keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history  and other pertinent details. 
  • Maintain and improve relationships with current clients. 
  • Work at base office Monday and Wednesday 7am-4:30 pm. 
  • Rotating Saturdays starting March, alternating between both stores. 
  • Prepare estimates and figurate plans. 
  • Process orders or forward to sales staff at proper location (SP or WB) 
  • Provide standard delivery times (3-5 days) on all direct ships, price will increase from yard  deliveries, as long as route is available. 
  • Follow ALL company procedures.

We are looking for  a dedicated, hardworking and reliable individual for our Yard/Warehouse Associate position to start working  immediately. As a Yard/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking/pulling, loading/unloading orders,  stocking material, and more. Forklift experience, front loader and bilingual are favorable. 

Qualifications:

  • Warehouse Experience
  • Ability to be on time to work everyday
  • Ability to stand during 9- 10 hr shift
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs
  • Ability to be self-motivated and stay on task
  • Bilingual Proficiency – candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are favorable • Reliable transportation
  • Being able to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities: 

  • Attend weekly product training
  • As a Yard/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking/pulling, loading/unloading orders, stocking material, and taking care of walking customers
